Accounts
You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace owners control member access.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Usage beyond plan allowances is billed at the published rates.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content, products and customer data you add. You grant us the rights needed to host and deliver it on your behalf.
Messaging and calls
You must have the legal basis and consent required to contact people via WhatsApp or AI voice calls, and must follow WhatsApp Business policies and telecom regulations.
Termination
We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that have unpaid balances after the grace period.
