Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partially used periods. Usage-based charges for consumed services are non-refundable. Contact support about billing errors.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, you have a grace period to update your payment method before the workspace is restricted.
